HEART
Relaxing in a hot sauna not only feels good, helping your heart and blood vessels in ways that are
similar to moderate exercise.

CIRCULATION
sitting in a sauna is similar to walking on a treadmill at a steady pace. The heat caused your heart to
pump harder to circulate blood which in turn produces cardio benefits.

PERFORMANCE
heat sending more blood to the heart more oxygen then delivered though out the body in turn
increasing muscle function and there for recovery. Aiding stiff joints/body aches and tension type
headaches as it alleviates muscle soreness.
Saunas reduce the stress hormone cortisol by as much as 10-40 % according to a 2018 study
published in the medical journal.

BRAIN
Ongoing research suggests regular use of a sauna can activate the growth of new brain cells, which can lead to improved function in learning and memory
Study’s have shown that sauna use can lead to decreased risk of psychosis, dementia and Alzheimer's.

MENTAL HEALTH
