Hello and welcome to Hotroxx coaching!

We are a small family business with lots of experience in many avenues of wellness, fitness and competition.

​

Being ex-forces and having personal experience of the mental strength and physical determination to get back after a bad accident, I understand how it feels to need to find your sporting hug.

​

We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:

• Learn to swim from pool-open water

• Improve your swimming for fun or your ultimate PB.

• Group sessions

• One to one 

• Triathlon/swimrun fitness

• Sessions at stunning Loddington Lake, or the sea

You can book onto one of our workshops which are run throughout the year, or we can organise a workshop for you and your select group of friends.

​

We also work closely with our amazing colleagues ptp coaching where we offer the secret swim series.
